A four-wheeled scoot bike that lets children (who can already safely walk) explore the outdoors and other less level surfaces. it also promotes further development of the sense of balance and is the logical follow on vehicle to the PUKYlino. 

Features:

• ergonomic seat with carrying handle and knee pan for a range of options like carrying it 
• safety grips with large baffles to protect the hand and providing good grip. 
• steering angle limiter for a more stable stand which strengthens confidence in the first driving attempts
• float-quiet wheels which are extremely quiet for indoor use due to their plastic wheels with rubber coating
• impact resistant power coating, a plastic like coating that is UV and weather resistant and of course free of toxins and pollutants
• swing axle, in contrast to the PUKYlino the WUTSCH has a flatter steering angle which makes it more stable and also lets the child control the lateral stability more as well as being a technical necessity.
